If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform.
• Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and in your own name.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Successful deposits are credited to your account balance almost instantly, depending on the method selected.

Withdrawal requests will be processed once KYC verification is complete and all applicable conditions have been met. The platform reserves the right to hold or suspend any suspicious transactions for security review. Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or e-wallet details submitted are accurate — the platform is not liable for any failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation will not be entitled to recover any account balance associated with the offending activity.

Intellectual Property
